CueConductor ("the App") is developed and operated by Vision Music Publishing. This privacy policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

We are committed to your privacy. CueConductor does not collect, store, or sell personal information of any kind.

CueConductor does not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personally identifiable information. The App does not include advertising, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking of any kind. No usage data is transmitted to our servers.

CueConductor downloads performance packages (.conductpkg files) from a remote catalog hosted by Vision Music Publishing. These downloads are initiated by you and require no account or login.

The App does not transmit any information about you or your device during this process beyond what is standard in any HTTPS network request — such as your IP address, which is not stored or logged by us. Package downloads are facilitated via Box.com's file delivery infrastructure.

CueConductor requests access to your device's audio output in order to play stems, click tracks, and other audio content within performance packages. The App does not record, access, or transmit audio from your microphone. Audio access is used solely for playback.

Downloaded packages are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device except as initiated by you. You may delete downloaded packages at any time from within the App or by deleting the App entirely.

CueConductor is designed for professional use by adult conductors and music directors. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
