01 Digital PDF Downloads

All digital score and parts purchases are final sale. Because PDF files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once a purchase is complete.

A free perusal score is available for every work in the catalog. Please review it carefully before purchasing to confirm the piece is right for your ensemble.

02 Printed Score Orders

Printed score and parts orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun.

Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Orders that arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect will be reprinted and reshipped at no charge.

03 Performance Licenses

Performance licenses are non-refundable once issued. If you have questions about whether a license is right for your performance, please contact us before purchasing.

04 CueConductor App

The CueConductor iOS app is free to download. Any in-app purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.
